A long experience in viticulture
About our terroir
Extending over 9 ha, our vineyard consists of 30 parcels spread over four villages: Prouilly, Trigny, Janvry and Gueux. We are nestled in the heart of the Massif de Saint Thierry, not far from the Montagne de Reims.
The oldest parcels were planted in 1973. We are committed to working the vines in harmony with traditions and the environment. It is a manual and painstaking work that keeps us busy all year round, which allows us to produce champagnes of quality and character.

The vinification process
The vinification is ensured by our cooperative's cellar manager, who works in close collaboration with us. All the steps from sorting the grapes to bottling, fermentation and blending are carried out with the utmost consideration, which ensures the production of the best wines.
The vinification process is carried out according to the traditional Champagne making method with a long enough ageing in the cellar to ensure the best quality.
Thoroughness and precision are the guiding principles of our approach.
