Réserve

After blending and bottling, the Brut Réserve is aged for 4 to 5 years in the cellar to give it more finesse and aromatic complexity.

The vintage is also available in Semi-Dry, with a higher dosage, perfect for your desserts.

Eyes

pale yellow colour with fine bubbles.

Nose

intense and generous, it reveals touches of white fruit, such as pear and vine peaches. A few subtle nuances of dried fruit such as almonds blend in with finesse.

Palate

round and fleshy. The Champagne strongly expresses yellow fruits. Freshness and maturity go hand in hand and form a well-structured palate. The finish is dense with a lightly toasted flavour.
